Observe closely. Think conceptually. Design clearly.
I’m Kelly Ni, a concept-led visual designer working across brand identity, packaging, campaigns, illustration and spatial experiences. I turn observations about people, culture and behaviour into clear visual systems — often through metaphor, character and a quiet sense of humour.
Growing up between Chinese and Italian cultures, then studying in the US and the UK, taught me to understand context before deciding on form: how different audiences interpret symbols, how clients express their needs and how an idea changes across cultures and markets. I enjoy briefs that ask for both imagination and practical resolution, from an unexpected concept to a system that can be produced, used and understood.
Based in Italy and open to relocation or remote collaboration. Available for full-time, part-time, project-based and freelance opportunities.
